NSL staff and Phoenix Framework authors attended the Paris Peace Forum’s Call for Peace, Security, and the Two-State Solution.

Global leaders have been calling for a renewed push toward a political solution and long-term regional security and peace in Israel and Palestine. The drafters and minds behind the Phoenix Framework answered that call, contributing their voices, expertise, and lived experiences to the event.

We brought a ready-made roadmap to Paris—one that aligns deeply with the Forum’s focus on multilateral cooperation, transitional justice, and sustainable governance. Built by young Israeli and Palestinian leaders, the Phoenix Framework doesn’t just dream of peace—it models the infrastructure needed to achieve it, grounded in grassroots realities and designed for systemic transformation.

Members of our Phoenix team co-chaired working groups at the Forum, tasked with generating concrete recommendations and visions to be presented to the UN in New York. We collaborated with numerous other influential actors from Israeli and Palestinian civil society to further the work towards a ceasefire and lasting, peaceful future.
