Biography: Or is a 25 year old student at Tel Aviv University where she is studying Political Science and Communications. She served 4 years in the IDF, stationed outside of Gaza and rose to become Company Commander of Medic training. She is also a musician,playing the guitar and piano and danced ballet for many years. She loves working in the Human Rights arena, taught civics to high school students and was a leader in the Israeli Model UN conference and worked as the Head of the PR team. Or tells a compelling story of the fear of war. Her time serving in the IDF taught her about how to respect the humanity of every person and the importance of refusing to label people based on conflict-driven stereotypes. Additionally, as a commander, she introduced new ethical standards of patient care.
