Change the Story, Change the World

Welcome to New Story Leadership

New Story Leadership seeks to inspire a new story of possibility for the Middle East by bringing outstanding Israeli and Palestinian students to Washington DC. Through living, learning, and working together, these future leaders obtain professional and leadership training as well as a cultural immersion in the United States. Through these shared experiences, the students are able to tell their unique story to the world whilst coming to view the conflict with a new perspective.

1‘It’s exciting to see the success of New Story Leadership here in Washington as it brings together the future leaders of a new Middle East. Having the two NSL interns been an eye-opening experience, They will be what shows politicians that peace between Israelis and Palestinians is possible’

Jeffrey Donaldson, MP (UK Parliament)

2‘Happy to give my support to the work undertaken by New Story Leadership for the Middle East. During the dark days of conflict in Northern Ireland, we appreciated the opportunities that were provided to young people from both sides of the community to visit the USA and spend time learning about American life. This helped create better understanding and was one small step in the many steps required to bring peace to our country. I pray for the same outcome in the Middle East’

Congressman Donald Payne (D-New Jersey)

3‘I do believe the young people on this program, the Palestinians and Israelis, will be the solution in the future. The future of the Middle East is in good hands with the young people I’ve met associated with this program and I commend you for the outstanding work you have done’.

Harriet Fulbright, Fulbright Center

4‘Having heard these young people speak, I feel more hopeful. I feel extraordinarily grateful for these young people and their stories and their working together. I think is a tremendously hopeful sign’.
